Social Specialist

We are seeking an energetic, service-minded Paid Social Specialist to join our team. The Paid Social Specialist will work with the Digital Marketing Manager, Senior Digital Strategists, and Account Managers to support our clients’ digital marketing needs.
Core Responsibilities:

Develop and implement paid social campaigns, including but not limited to account setup, strategy development, organization, and management

Optimize campaigns across multiple social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LInkedIn, Twitter, Pinterest, TikTok, and Snapchat

Monitor and analyze campaign performance on a daily, weekly, or monthly basis

Produce reports detailing campaign results including key metrics, insights, and recommendations for future strategies

Liaise with all resources (Sr. Digital Strategists, Account Managers, Design, Copywriters, and Development) to optimize customer experiences and ensure brand consistency

Keep up with the latest trends and changes in social media platforms, advertising tools, and technologies

Maintain an in-depth understanding of clients’ needs, business, products, and market, and conduct regular reviews of their competitor activities and online presence

Lead discovery and research in early project stages: stakeholder interviews, primary and secondary research, review analytics and other materials in order to distill findings and direction for project teams

Manage budgets and forecast costs and performance of social media advertising campaigns

Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of paid social strategy, encompassing full-funnel approaches, platform selection, attribution, measurement, and creative best practices

Conduct A/B testing on ad creatives, copy, and targeting parameters to refine and enhance campaign performance. Implement learnings to improve future campaigns
Qualifications:

Proficiency in analyzing and reporting on campaign performance

Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including presentation and active listening skills

Experience managing and prioritizing multiple projects
Preferred Experience and Skills:
-
1-2+ years previous digital marketing experience
-
1-2+ years of relevant paid social media work experience
-
2-4 years education in marketing, advertising, or related field

Experience in implementing and optimizing social media advertising campaigns for: Facebook, Instagram, LInkedIn, Twitter, Pinterest, TikTok, and Snapchat

Hands-on experience with online marketing tools and practices
