Job Description:
We are seeking a highly analytical and data-driven Digital Analytics Specialist to join our team. As the Digital Analytics Specialist, you will be responsible for collecting, analyzing, and interpreting data from our digital platforms to drive actionable insights and help optimize our online presence and marketing efforts.
Core Responsibilities:

Utilize various analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics) to track and analyze website and app performance, user behavior, and campaign effectiveness.

Generate regular and ad-hoc reports, providing insights and recommendations for improving online performance.

Implement tracking codes and tags to ensure accurate data collection and analysis.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify key performance indicators (KPIs) and create dashboards for monitoring them.

Conduct A/B testing and multivariate testing to optimize website and app elements for better user experience and conversion rates.

Develop and maintain tracking documentation and ensure data integrity and accuracy.

Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in digital analytics to inform strategy and decision-making.

Assist in setting up and maintaining data warehouses or analytics platforms for data consolidation.

Train team members on analytics tools and data interpretation.
Qualifications:
-
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Marketing, Statistics, Business).

Proven experience (1-3) in digital analytics, including using tools such as Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, and data visualization platforms.

Strong proficiency in data analysis and reporting with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.

Adept at using A/B testing tools and comfortable with web technologies and tracking implementations.

Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Strong communication skills to convey insights and recommendations effectively.

Knowledge of SEO, SEM, and online marketing strategies is a plus.

Certification in digital analytics tools is desirable.
